    A. There is no cost to stage your auction.

 2. How long does it take to fill out the on-line application?
    A. About 30 minutes.

 3. Do you pull my credit?
    A. Yes, we pull a tri-merge on all applicants.

 4. After I submit my loan application when will my auction start?
    A. It usually takes 2-3 business days to prepare your information for auction. You will be notified by
    email with the date and the time of your auction.

 5. Do I have to except the winning bid?
    A. No, you have the option to accept or decline the bid.

 6. If I get a bid I like can I end my auction early and get that rate?
    A. Yes, use the End Auction Now button.

 7. How do I find out about the status of my loan?
    A. An account representative will be assigned to your account.

 8. How long does it take to close my loan after my auction ends?
    A. 30 days or less.

 9. Why does my auction have to start during a weekday?
    A. Because when your auction ends we have to lock your rate. Lenders hours of operation are M-F 9-5.

 10. What time will my auction start and end?
    A. Auctions start between 10 Am - 1 Pm M-F (Non Holiday) and end exactly 7 days later.
