How Your Financial Information is Used: Initially your financial information from your application is inputted into our software program where Loan Brokers can view it online, however this information is filtered, and it does not disclose your name, address, phone number or social security number, instead it displays common information such as; your loan amount, loan to value, appraised value, fico score, debt ratios, city and state you live in etc. Keep in mind even though this is your data it has no connection to you at this time because as listed above; your name, address, phone, and social security number are masked. It is only after you accept a bid and we prepare your loan for closing that your financial information will be sent to third party agents.
